Caregiver - Night Shifts
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents at the Waikanae village, including hygiene support and mealtime assistance.
- Support residents with individual care plan activities, walks, exercises and recreational activities as part of a care team.
- Work a rotating night-shift roster of four days on and two days off, bringing compassion, patience and strong communication skills.

Job Description:
As a Caregiver at our Waikanae village you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident’s daily lives.
Typical duties include:
- Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes
- Aiding with hygiene, such as showering
- Assisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises
- Helping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis etc

- Experience in aged care or a similar role
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Commitment to a rotational roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts
- Ability to work a roster pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off night shifts
