Service Advisor (AF8279)

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team in Moorabbin. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and helping customers navigate their vehicle servicing and repair needs.

About the role

As a key link between customers and the workshop, you’ll help create a smooth and positive service experience from the initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and respond to enquiries about vehicle servicing and repairs
• Listen to customer concerns and gather clear information about their vehicles
• Coordinate service bookings and communicate requirements to the workshop team
• Keep customers updated on progress, timelines and any additional work identified
• Explain service recommendations and costs in a clear, approachable way
• Support a well-organised reception area and contribute to a positive customer experience

About you

• You communicate confidently and enjoy building rapport with customers
• You’re organised, attentive to detail and comfortable managing competing priorities
• You take a helpful, professional approach when resolving customer questions
• An interest in the automotive industry or previous customer service experience would be an advantage
