About the Role
Trojan Recruitment Group is currently recruiting Experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a new client based in Eastern Creek. Our client is one of the largest 4PL and supply chain providers.
Shifts Available:
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm OR
- 4-Day working week - Tuesday to Thursday, 10hr shift starting at 6:00am. Friday, 8hr shift starting at 6:00am, Mondays off.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely operate a High Reach Forklift.
- May also be required to complete duties including picking, putaways and replenishment using forklift.
- Load and unload trucks/containers using a counterbalance forklift or via manual handling.
- Manual Handling duties include, picking, packing, palletising, RF scanning, rework tasks and processing orders for despatch or returns.
- Perform general warehouse duties.
- Adhere to safe operating procedures in all tasks.
Skills and Experience
- Must have a valid LF forklift license.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience operating a High Reach Forklift.
- Must have RF scanning and pick/packing experience.
- Must be able to meet performance KPI's
- Must be physically fit to perform repeatitive manual handling tasks.
- Experience using Paperless Warehouse Systems required.
- 4-day working schedule - WMS experience required.
- Must have own reliable transport and commitment to the role.
- Good verbal communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
