Rehabilitation Consultant

- Hours: Full or Part-time
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Rehabilitation Consultants to support current members with injury management, rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes. The role involves conducting clinical assessments, developing tailored rehabilitation plans and collaborating with clients and key stakeholders to support recovery and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their goals and challenges
- Conduct meaningful vocational and psychosocial assessments
- Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life
- Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners

Tertiary Qualifications Accepted:
- Psychology
- Rehabilitation counselling (ASORC registered)
- Social Work
- Physiotherapy
- Exercise Physiology
- Nursing
- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Osteopathy
Mandatory Requirements
- Current professional registration or membership, as applicable to the discipline.
- Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
- A current WWCC (Working with children check)
- Full Australian working rights
- A valid driver’s licence
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
