- Load, unload, scan and sort road and rail freight safely and efficiently.
- Operate equipment safely and help meet branch on-time operational targets.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team; a full NZ Class 1 licence and forklift licence with OSH certification are required.

Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand from Kaitaia to Invercargill.
Morning Shift: Monday – Friday 3.30am – 11.30am
About the role - Mō te tūranga
In this hands-on role, you’ll be loading and unloading freight, scanning, sorting and keeping everything moving safely and on time. No two days are the same – its’ a fast‑paced, physical role where teamwork is key.
Key duties:
- Load and unload all freight safely and securely, for both road and rail units.
- Achieve branch operational objectives by using On-time to scan freight efficiently.
- Ensure all equipment is operated in a safe and proficient manner.
- Maintain good working relationships.
- Communicate effectively within a team environment
What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga?
- Clean Full NZ Class 1 License – must have
- Forklift License with OSH cert – must have
- Dangerous Good Endorsement – ideal
- Customer-focused attitude
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Experience driving on New Zealand roads
