Area Manager - Fashion - Canberra & Regional NSW
Specialising in fast-paced fashion retail, this business is known for its energetic stores, strong customer focus and results-driven culture. As Regional Manager, you’ll lead a minimum of five locations across Canberra and NSW, coaching Store Managers to build capable, engaged teams while driving sales, profitability, brand standards, customer experience and operational excellence.
You’re an experienced multi-site leader who knows how to bring out the best in people and performance. You understand the numbers behind successful stores and use performance insights to make confident decisions. Through clear expectations and practical people leadership, you build strong leaders and teams that consistently deliver.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and develop Managers across minimum 5+ stores
- Drive sales, comparable growth and regional profitability
- Ensure stores are performing on or above all KPI targets
- Control wages, operational costs and manage shrinkage
- Deliver exceptional VM, brand and compliance standards
You will have:
- Proven multi-site leadership in fashion or specialty retail
- A strong history of achieving sales targets and retail KPIs
- Commercial confidence across all core retail operations
- An engaging coaching style that will build strong leaders
- Flexibility to travel throughout Canberra and regional NSW
You will receive:
- $80k - $85k base + S + Bonuses and generous $15k car allowance
- Earn an additional $2.5k to $5k every year in performance bonuses
