Roof Plumbers

Capital Maintenance Solutions Pty Ltd are seeking for experienced Roof Plumbers to join their team on a full-time basis. The Roofer Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This role requires strong technical skills, an understanding of Australian construction and safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently at heights and in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair metal roofing, gutters, downpipes, flashing and other roof drainage components on residential and commercial buildings.
• Measure, cut, shape and secure roofing materials according to building plans, specifications and site requirements.
• Install rainwater drainage systems and ensure proper water flow to prevent leaks and water damage.
• Inspect roofs and drainage systems to identify defects, leaks and damage, and carry out necessary repairs and waterproofing.
• Use and maintain roofing tools, power tools and equipment while following workplace health and safety requirements, including safe work practices at heights.
• Ensure roofing and drainage installations comply with relevant building standards, manufacturer specifications and project requirements, and coordinate with builders and other trades to complete work on schedule.

Skills & Experience

• Relevant experience or trade qualifications for a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
