My client is a well-established commercial builder who specialise in construction and refurbishment projects across the defence, education and commercial sectors operating in both NSW and QLD on projects up to $40M.

Due to a growth in workload they are looking for a Senior Project Manager or Project Director to join the refurbishment arm of the business leading and mentoring project teams on refurbs up to $20M.

About to the role

As Senior project manager you will be responsible for the overall delivery of construction projects with duties including: 

• Management of project budget and cost reports.  
• Client management and running PCG's. 
• Mentoring of Project Managers and relevant site staff
• Management of site team and contract administrator. 
• Design and consultant management. 
• Present monthly project reports to construction managers and directors.
• Team leadership and mentoring of junior staff
• New business and ECI support

About You

You will ideally have experience working on commercial or education projects in a Project Manager with multiple successful projects under your belt ideally with a keen eye for complex refurbishment projects.
