Flexco Australia is creating one of WA’s most advanced manufacturing facilities and is looking for skilled CNC Operators to join the team from day one. Working in a purpose-built workshop equipped with state-of-the-art laser cutting, machining, welding, forming, and assembly equipment, this is a rare opportunity to build complete products from raw material through to finished assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and computer-controlled manufacturing equipment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications
• Set up machinery, tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for production
• Monitor machining operations and adjust settings as required
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring equipment
• Complete routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all workplace health, safety, and quality procedures
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams

About You

To be successful, you will possess:

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Experience setting up machines and tooling
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong safety awareness and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Australian working rights

Desirable Qualifications

• Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) or similar trade qualification
• Forklift Licence (LF)
