• Assist with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting while preserving dignity and privacy.
• Support mobility and transfers using safe, approved techniques; assist with walking, standing, and positioning.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding support, light housekeeping, shopping assistance, and basic household tasks.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement for social and recreational activities.
• Monitor client wellbeing, report changes or concerns to coordinators, and follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and client notes through the platform and attend briefings or training as required.

• Current right to work in Australia and ability to work in Drummoyne and surrounding areas.
• Access to a reliable car for travel between client locations.
• Current and valid police check (national) or willingness to obtain one before commencing work.
• Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or personal care assistance preferred but not mandatory for confident, empathetic applicants.
• Strong communication skills, punctuality, and the ability to follow care instructions precisely.

Patience, cultural sensitivity, problem-solving, basic infection control knowledge, and a positive attitude toward supporting independence. Holders of relevant certificates such as Certificate III in Individual Support or first aid training will be highly regarded.

Contract engagement with on-demand hours; pay rates and conditions align with industry standards and dependency on qualifications and experience. Shifts vary from short visits to longer sessions and may include weekends. Induction, ongoing support, and access to online resources are provided to ensure you succeed in the role.
