- Strong construction methodology, programming and commercial skills.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
- Australian or New Zealand head contractor experience required.
- Australian Citizen, NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
- Lead a major $80M+ luxury high-rise development.
- Collaborative, supportive and ego-free culture.
- Strong multi-residential pipeline across SEQ.
- Genuine ownership and autonomy over a major project.
