TIME: 2PM-6PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

LOCATION: PEMULWUY

About the Role

Labourpower Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced and reliable High Reach Forklift Operators to join a leading supplier of power tools and equipment. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations by safely and efficiently moving stock, replenishing inventory and ensuring orders are processed accurately in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a high reach forklift safely and efficiently within a warehouse environment.

• Perform stock put-aways, replenishment and pallet movements in high-bay racking.

• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.

• Load and unload deliveries as required.

• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and process orders.

• Maintain accurate stock control and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.

• Assist with general warehouse duties and manual handling when required.

• Conduct pre-start forklift safety checks and report any equipment faults or hazards.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures and site policies.

Skills and Requirements

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence.

• Demonstrated experience operating a high reach forklift.

• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience.

• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is highly regarded.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity targets.

• Good attention to detail and strong stock-handling skills.

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties.

• Reliable, punctual and committed to workplace safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
