Job Title: Digital and Ecommerce Manager
Location: Hawthorn East, Melbourne VIC

Join a growing jewellery brand to lead ecommerce performance, digital marketing and customer experience. This hands-on role focuses on driving online revenue, conversion and customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Shopify trading, merchandising and the ecommerce calendar.
  • Drive SEO, conversion optimization, CRM, email marketing and loyalty initiatives.
  • Oversee paid media and coordinate campaigns across digital and retail channels.
  • Manage agencies, developers, projects and budgets.
  • Support the digital team and report on commercial performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, ideally within retail.
  • Strong Shopify, online merchandising, SEO and conversion optimization skills.
