HEAD OF DIGITAL & GROWTH | BEAUTY

Ready for your next move in beauty? We’re partnering with a growing beauty eCommerce brand to find an ambitious Head of Digital & Growth to lead the brand’s digital strategy and accelerate growth across international markets.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end digital and growth function, spanning paid media, eCommerce, CRM, customer acquisition, retention and conversion. You’ll combine commercial thinking with a strong understanding of digital performance to identify opportunities, build growth strategies and deliver measurable results.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape the future digital direction of a growing beauty brand.

Beauty industry experience is highly desirable, although candidates from fashion, wellness and other high-growth consumer brands with strong eCommerce results will also be considered.
