THE OPPORTUNITY
As the team continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an additional lawyer to manage a varied portfolio of insurance litigation matters, including:

• Public Liability
• Product Liability
• Property Damage
• Coverage and Indemnity Disputes

You'll work with a high-calibre client base comprising international insurers, major brokers, underwriters, claims management companies, third-party administrators and corporate insureds.

The role offers exposure to complex disputes across the District, Supreme and High Courts, with involvement in litigation strategy, mediations, negotiations and settlements. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own files and build strong client relationships, supported by ongoing mentoring and guidance from highly regarded practitioners.

ABOUT YOU
You'll ideally have:

• 2+ years' PAE in defendant insurance litigation
• Experience gained within a specialist, mid-tier or top-tier practice
• Strong technical and litigation skills
• A collaborative, commercial and solutions-focused approach
