Cater Care is seeking a capable, hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our afternoon team at Allpress Espresso at Sydney Domestic Airport.

The Opportunity
- Permanent full-time employment, working 38 hours per week.
- Afternoon shifts from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Choice of roster: Monday–Friday or Wednesday–Sunday.
- Base rate of $29.45 per hour, plus applicable weekend and public holiday penalty rates.
What Your Day Will Look Like
You’ll lead by example, keep the afternoon team organised and help ensure every service runs efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the afternoon team and coordinating daily tasks, breaks and closing duties.
- Delivering friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
- Supporting the team during busy periods and resolving customer concerns appropriately.
- Training and coaching team members on service standards, daily procedures and cleaning requirements.
- Encouraging clear communication, teamwork and accountability.
- Maintaining high standards of personal presentation, hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol requirements are followed.
- Completing closing checks and providing a clear handover of outstanding operational issues.
