- Prepare, cook and serve nutritious meals for aged-care residents, following dietary and allergen requirements.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleaning and compliance records, and help manage stock and waste.
- Work approximately four daytime shifts per week as part of a supportive kitchen team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with established procedures
- Apply food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning standards
- Maintain food safety documentation and compliance records
- Monitor stock levels and support stock rotation
- Support efficient kitchen operations and meal service
What You'll Bring
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
- Knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP and workplace health and safety practices
- Aged care or healthcare cooking experience is highly regarded
- Understanding of allergens and dietary requirements
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using digital devices such as tablets or iPads
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
